I have a publisher and subscriber Unity Connection server in my network and I am unable to get into the web interface on the publisher. Yesterday our subsciber server showed a memory error and it was power cleared but failed to come back up and showed a RAID error as well. I can login to the OS prompt on the server. When I bring up the web page to login to the Publisher I click on the link to bring up the login screen, then enter my credentials and click submit and the screen just sits there with no response back.
Everything seems to be working, but voicemail and AA but I just cannot seem to get into the GUI to make changes.
Is there someway to reset the GUI application from the OS command line?
Any help is appreciated.

Yes, try restarting Tomcat via CLI
