Problem with licenses in upgrade 7.0 CCX to 8.5

Hi everyone

We have upgraded a CCX platform from 7.0 to 8.5 using PUT tool .tar file.

The CCX 7.0 had 10 premium seats licenses.

We have several paks for CCX 8.5 version, one with 21 premium seats licenses and another named "CCX-70-85-P-P-UPAK:CCX 8.5 UPGRADE PAK - 7.0 to 8.5" 

After install all .lic files in 8.5 CCX we expected 31 premium seats licenses in total (21 new + 10 old).

But CCX 8.5 just reports 21 premium seats licenses, we left 10.

Maybe I missed something or did something wrong but I don't know what is. This is my first upgrade.

The CCX-70-85-P-P-U PAK should have entitled those. Did you change hardware or anything that would have modified the MAC? If not, roll up your license files and open a case with GLO for assistance.
