Hi,
I'm a programmer assigned to help with our Cisco environmnet (Enterprise version). I am now working with IVR scripting using the CRA editor, but I'd like to get past that and into some "real" programming.
Is there a developer's forum? Is it possible to write an entire IVR application without using the CRA editor? If so, what would that look like? I get the impression that I'm stuck with JDK 1.1.8 - is that true? What API gives me the most flexibility? How have other integrated their corporate systems with Cisco call management?
I suppose the central question is this: where can I go to commune with other Java/C++ developers?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,
There are some great techs at both these forums;
IP Phone Services for Developers
XML development for new applications, Cisco Unified Application Environment
At this link;
Contact Center
Multimedia customer contact and speech solutions
Hope this helps!
