Question : MWI not working but can retreive voicemail on phone

Hi guys

,

I am installing Unity 5.0 with Failover. I can leave a voicemail but the MWI does not come on but I can retreive voice messages.

Any suggestions on the cause and how to resolve it?

Check to make sure that the MWI numbers are in the CSS of the VM ports.

You also can open the Port Status Monitor in Integration Tools in the Tools Depot and make sure that the MWI is actually being dialed out.  You can accomplish this by selecting Settings>Real Time View in Port Status Monitor.

I have checked, the MWI is in the same CSS with the VM ports.
