Question on Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning

Hello All,

I have installed Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning version 10.6 for test. I want to know if it's possible to modify some Endpoint from CUP?

when I access to Deploy -> Manage Endpoints and I search the endpoint, and I click to Modify the error message displayed: You cannot modify an endpoint that is in use.

any idea please? I want to allow some admin to modify the endpoint of their Domain?

Omar,

I would use the more common method.  Find the device in PCP either by putting in the user's UserID or by searching for the MAC address in the search box in the upper right corner.

Hover next to the phone and in the hover menu, pick change. This will let you make changes to the phone settings.
