Hi Community Members,
I recently updated the tomcat certificate on the CM cluster, but apparently I forgot to renew the cup-xmpp certificate on IMP. So based on Cisco guidance (https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-im-presence-service/215333-regenerate-unified-communications-manage.html) I renewed the certificate. For the last step, it is recommended to restart the Cisco XCP Router service. But upon restarting on the publisher node, I got this message.
I waited for around 30 minutes, I still get the following message when issuing "utils service list" command. I tried to start the Service Manager service, it is said the service is running.
Any idea what should I do? Should I restart the publisher node?
