While taking the backup at 59% i face the below error .

" Unable to contact server. Master or Local Agent could be down, Backup Completed..."

TS:I have restart the services for

Cisco DRF Local

Cisco DRF Master

and check the db replication status through cucm cli

attachment file is for DB replication status and using the freeFTPD server

my CUCM is 10 version .

Any thing else i have to do ?????/?

Hi everyone,

I found this topic, because I management a CUCM 10.5.1, and I have this same error to executed the backup.

I did the restart DRF Master an Local agent, but the error don't disapear.

I'm reading that need regenerate the IPSEC certifications, but this CUCM don't have a active license.

I can regenerate these ipsec certifications if the CUCM don't have a active license???
