Issue, my provider will only allow calls out that are within our DiD range. Users would like calls that are forwarded to have the callerID of the calling party when they recieve the forwarded call.
System Infomation: CCM 6.1.4.2190-3, MGCP, PRI
I have tried several combinations of:
GW Config/Call Routing Information - Outbound Calls/ with either First Redirected Number (external) and Last Redirected Number (external) with the same results (see debug below) where the Calling Party number is my 7 digit interal extention not my 10 digit external phone mask that is on my phone. I have also tried checking the PRI Protocol Type Specific Information/Redirecting Number IE Delivery - Outbound with the same results.
I have a work around in the route pattern using the main number in the calling party transformations calling party transform mask area. But, I would really like to have the calling party number redirected to the end user.
Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

You're SOL if the provider is limiting the ANI values you're allowed to send on an outbound call. The only option would be changing carriers.
As for why it's using the internal seven-digit extension instead of your ten-digit external phone number mask: The route pattern will have a checkbox you must select to use that field instead of the real DN in the database. Take a look at your off-net route patterns and make sure this is checked.
Redirecting DNIS won't show on the user's cel phone. It is typically used to pass calls destined toward a voicemail system across the PSTN.

This wont work, the phone that has the CFWD ALL number dictates with CSS is
being used to forward the call. and so even if the original caller sends it Caller ID (using its phone number mask) it sends it out a gateway that has no active number in that range. Over here in australia, that means that the caller ID is defaulted to the main bearer number.
