Redundant Unity server across the WAN (Unified Messaging)

Folks,

We are planning to implement unified messaging for a customer. They have 2 locations (1 is california and the other in florida). The customer wants unity failover. They have a Point to Point partial T3 connection between the sites (10 Mbs). My question is that is it possible? what are the requirements for unity to work with failover. What about bandwidth usage over the WAN link.

How much bandwidth would be consumed over the WAN when people leave voice mail messages in Unified messaging system Inbox. what about disk space.

Any suggestions or ideas would be highly appriated.

Thanks

You should check out the Cisco Unity Design Guide:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_implementation_design_guide_book09186a008022f63b.html

This will give you a good idea of the requirements for Unity, and should also answer some of the specific questions you have here.
