Registering ip phone through internet

Hi,

I have CUCM version 12.0.1 at my office and also, i have express way c and e.

How to register an IP phone at my home through the internet to my CUCM at the office using Express way c and e?

You'll have to review the MRA configuration guide for that. That's your starting point. Not all ip phones support MRA, review endpoint compatibility in the same doc, and you'll also have to pay a public CA certificate from a handful of CAs the phones can use for MRA.

Or use the ACME service in Expressway E, aka Let's Encrypt to handle the certificates. We are testing this out on our lab/sandbox MRA system and so far it's not given us all that much headache. It sort of a PITA to get setup, but then it's just worked so far.

Look at the documents linked by @Vaijanath Sonvane  and make sure you use one of the latest versions of software on your MRA system. I would recommend 12.5.9.
