I installed CUCM version 12.5 with evaluation license for 90 days and I have about 90 cisco phone 7841 registered.
The evaluation period has been finished and I can't edit or add configuration, I know that is normal.
I exported phone configuration and reinstalled a new copy from the virtual CUCM again, then inserted phone configuration to the cucm.
All phone is rejected due to InitializationError , I factory reset the phone but now it shows "press select key to change service mode"
I reset the service mode also with no registration attempt detected on cucm

I did already, the phone give us a message after reset "press select key to change service mode, otherwise the device will continue to register"
No traffic shown on CUCM
there is connectivity between phone and CUCM

Do your phones get option 150 set by the DHCP scope that points to your TFTP server on the new CM?

When you exported your phones from the old system, did you use "all details"?
When you look at the configuration of the phone in CUCM, does it have a primary DN?
If you look at the phone settings>admin>status>messages, do you see anything helpful in the log?
