Hello over there
I have old callmanager 8.62 have registred to it about more than 500 IP phone in multiple model.
I installed clean new callmanager version 11.5 and copy all IP phone to it with there profile in old one, but it can't registred in the new one.
I do hard reset for one IP phone (press # and follow by 123456789*0#) it registred to new one but it very difficult to do that for all more than 500 IP phone in virous places.
The Question : is there any way to do that automatically (I mean hard rest) with one procedure?
I hope to all to help me
Thanks in advance.

On your old cluster turn off security by default on your phones. This will clear the ITL file on the phones and can then be moved to the new CM.
There are other options for this, but this would be the simplest.
