Good morning friends, 

                                   When I am trying to take backup of my CUCM servers below errors are showing in Disaster Recovery System what will the solution of:

ELM-AGENT- Unable to contact server. Master or Local Agent could be down

ELM-SERVER- Unable to contact server. Master or Local Agent could be down

You left out the most important information^^ Don't you think, it's important to also state the version?

I am still using cucm System version: 11.5.1.14900-11 so what is the solution of this problem and I have also update my SFTP Server?

If you are on version 14, there wont be any ELM component. You need to open a TAC case and remove this from root.

Is there any expired certificates on your cucm ?
