Report about phones activity/status on CUCM v9

Hi,

 

I'm running a network with almost 500 IP phones, and its distributed in a lot of places, I have a plan to remove the phones that are not in use

 

I want to generate a report that checks last activity for the device in order to remove the one have not been used for a long time

 

is there a way to do that in CUCM v9?

No, that was added to CUCM 12.x. There's now a last in use column which shows that info.

In any previous release you need to use CDR/CAR reports to find out who IS using the phone to place calls, and then weed out from that info who is NOT using the phone.
