In the "Line" settings section " Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings. Here there are 3 options "Configured CSS", "default" and "with activating device/Linew".
Need a report to find all phones whose line has "with activating device" under the Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings.
running antique 7.1.3.
Also, how in the world do I get a CSV file or .txt generated by the reports to DOWNLOAD, not open in the web browser. Yes, I have been in to the firefox browser assocations and made adjustments, it does NOT work. Still pops up window.
Thanks

There isn't a "native" report that will get this for you per se. I suppose you could bulk export directory numbers into a .csv and then parse out what you need. I typically run a SQL query to get this data. You can use the AXL Toolkit in CUCM (plugin), a 3rd party tool, write your own tool, or run the SQL query from the CLI.
An example query:
admin:run sql select n.dnorpattern,tcfa.name as activationpolicy from numplan n inner join typecfacssactivationpolicy tcfa on n.tkcfacssactivationpolicy = tcfa.enum where n.tkpatternusage=2 order by n.dnorpattern
The above will dump all directory numbers with the associate CFA CSS Policy. The n.tkpatternusage value of 2 means "device", which are aka phones.
You can get the "activating device" info using the following query:
admin:run sql select n.dnorpattern,tcfa.name as activationpolicy from numplan n inner join typecfacssactivationpolicy tcfa on n.tkcfacssactivationpolicy = tcfa.enum where tcfa.name like '%Activating%' order by n.dnorpattern

wow! thanks a million.
The big question, Why can't I get the txt or CSV file to download not "open" in brower (IE or FF) when trying to access after running a report under Jobs? What am I missing?

dmooreami,
After you run your report you can go to Bulk Administration>Upload/Download Files and search for the file you created. Select the file and click "Download Selected".

You beat me Bill. Was going to suggest this query:
run sql select dnorpattern from numplan where tkcfacssactivationpolicy = '2'
It doesn't return device names, since this is a line setting I figured it'd be fine. As usual, your response is excellent though. Good stuff.

Thanks Will. Your query works fine and is short and sweet. I started with one and then re-read the post, added the other. I tend to throw in the "joins" for readability purposes. Just a habit.
