RmCm and CTI Services deactivated automatically

Hi All

I had an issue today where all the agents in my environment got unregistered and after some R&D, I came to know that CTI service and RmCm services were deactivated automatically...... Earlier I thought it was a bug and I restarted the services and it worked some how but again had issues after sometime.

Is there anyone who had the same issues or knows anything about the same ?

Hi Rohit,

 What is the UCCX version? This may require some trace analysis to identify the root cause, however it looks like a bug if the issue goes away for some time after service restart.
