RTMT installation Issue

I am trying to install RTMT for CUCM version 14 but installation doesn't even gets completed, it doesn't give any error. I tried installing Java and changed the environment variables too but issue is same. Tried installing zulu java(got this workaround from community page itself) and changed the environment variables , rebooted the system and issue is same. PFB snap of current java version.

Hi,

But it requires On Premises CUCM to be connected to WebEx control hub. Does it require any specific licenses to add CUCM cluster on Control Hub.

Just FYI, it’s Webex, not WebEx as you wrote it. It’s many years ago since Cisco stopped using that spelling.
