Hello,
Is anyone aware of a way to disable or remove the Conference Now setting under the General Settings on the self care portal?
There is no setting under the Enterprise parameters section for this, and if the end user does not have Conference Now enabled and Conference Now is not setup on the system the option is still present on the self care portal page.
I found a bug (CSCuv29151) which is terminated somewhat mentioning this.
