Send a mail notificacion when somebody calls to emergency 911

Hi guys,

Is there any possibility to send a mail notificacion when somebody calls to emergency 911?

My customer is running with Cisco Call Manager version 8.6.2.22900-9. No CME or CER built.

Please let me know.

There's no built-in feature to do what you're asking, that only comes out of the box with CER.
