I am configuring the HTML notification device, and it is working fine.
However the customer wants to have the "Voice Message from" %DisplayName% [%CALLER_ID%] instead of %SENDER_ALIAS% as it is defined on the "Default_Voice_Message_With_Summary" Notification Template.
I have tried adding Custom Variables, but it is not working...
Any idea how to add the %SENDER_DISPLAY_NAME% as a Static Item, so it could be used on the template?
Any suggestion is well received.
