Setting up a CUCM 12.x test environment for integration tests

Hello CUCM community,

is there any document / whitepaper with best practices to setup a sub-production CUCM 12.x test environement for integration testing purposes? Also in this case the testing instance would not be connected to "real" phones.

How to do a 1:1 copy of production instance? Are there any risks, pitfalls or limitations to consider?

No docs on that, how to configure your lab is really up to you and your needs.

You can use DRS or copy the VM, consider the licensing requirements for the lab depending on your version.
