Working on a setup with 4 extensions (1000-1003) where 1000 is a director. Ext 1000 should ring on the users phone, as well as the 3 other phones, but 1000 shouldn't ring when 1001-3 are called. I was planning on making 1000 the 2nd DN on the other 3 phones which should solve that. The user with ext 1000 also requested that if they are on the line, that users 1001-3 should be able to answer any incoming secondary call. So I was planning on putting the 3 users in a hunt group and then setting the CFNA/CFB for ext 1000 to be the Hunt Pilot for the group, and then set the group CFNA to be reception.
Does that make sense or is there a better way to accomplish this? The users with extension 1001-3 all have 6921's so I only have 1 available unassigned DN.
