Client is going to have Unity 4.x,Is it possible to have two phones( two different extension numbers) share same voicemail box? Client wants that whether caller calls number "x" or "y" voicemail should be in same inbox.
thanks,

Yes. Set one extension as primary extension and other as alternate extension.

If your have a CENTREX integration using SMDI, be sure to add the numbers as additional extensions using both the 4-digit and 10-digit versions. This ensures that those dialing 4-digit hit the correct mailbox and thos calling from outside where the SMDI presents 10 digits also gets the correct mailbox.

Hi -
Something else your user may want is the MWI to be triggered for the alternate extension. You can set this in the Messages section of the user in Unity. Add the alternate extension as the new MWI extension.
