SIP Trunk external call

Hi,

i have a SIP trunk connection from CM (located in MY) with Alcatel OmniPCX Enterprise PBX System (located in HK), currently, all local extension call are working perfectly. HK to MY & MY to HK extension call are working fine.

HK --> SIP Trunk --> MY

Now i am looking for HK to call to MY local Mobile phone via the SIP trunk, instead of international call rate, by going thru the SIP trunk, it will only charge local mobile call rate for MY side. So when HK call MY mobile,

8609 + local mobile phone number  --> 8609 + 0123456789

HK --> SIP trunk --> MY --> mobile phone

I have open real time monitor tool for CM, and i manage to see Alcatel has pass 90123456789 to MY CM, but somehow it call route out to local ISDN line. i do have a dial pattern in CM --> 9.XXXXXXXXXX which match this pattern.

anyone has this idea? do i miss out any license or configuration for this?

Thanks

There is no license needed.

As long as the other end of the trunk has access to the appropriate route pattern to route the call via the inbound CSS and the pattern is the best match available it will route the calls just fine.

You need to look at your route pattern configuration and CSS config to find out what's wrong.
