sr0- CDROM (ioctl) reports ILLEGAL REQUEST

Hi Everyone,

FOR IPT GUYS.....

i have CUCM 6.1.3 running on MCS 7800... i am trying to reset security password from CLI of CUCM....when i inserts the media in CD ROM it's showing below error....

"sr0- CDROM (ioctl) reports ILLEGAL REQUEST"

Please help me out Waiting for your kind response on the same

Hi.

Did you use the original CD?

This usually means that CD is unreadable or corrupted image.
