Start-Up Timed out Due to Performance Issues. CUCI-Lync 8.5

Hello everyone:

Has anyone ran across this error when CUCI-Lync is starting up and attempting to logon? This is happening on two laptops and cannot seem to find any indication of where the performance issue might be. These both happen to be Windows XP SP3, 3 GB of RAM, 256 MB Video Cards, and over 100 GB of available disk space. Attached is the screen shot of the error.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I am expereincing the same issue on one laptop.

I did not, I worked on it for a couple weeks and had a TAC case open for it as well and just got tired of beating my head over it. There were only two laptops experiencing this issue so I just had them both rebuilt and the problem did not reoccur. Most likely something that was in the image.
