Run these commands from the CLI.
Also, you can try to delete unused phone firmware files:
If the space decreased a little bit you can try to upload the free common cop file:
ciscocm.free_common_space_v1.11.k4.cop.sha512
You can download it from the Cisco website: https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286331940/type/286319173/release/COP-Files
Kindly take a look at this useful document if you’d like to have more details:

This is what I see on our CM that runs v15.
Are you logged in with a user that has full admin rights?

@Roger Kallberg - I think the OP has an older version. That screenshot looks about right for v9/10. -- Maren

Thanks. Wow did not even consider that as an option as it’s long end of everything.
10-24-2024 03:49 AM
Does this mean there is no way out?
10-24-2024 05:43 AM
Did you run the COP file to free up space?
10-24-2024 03:49 AM
I took a screenshot from the CUCM of the virtual machine, selected the one on the right Cisco Unified OS Administrator.
If I select the CCX virtual machine, then clicking on any item nothing happens. And the loading window rotates

Not sure that I understand what you mean by this. Can you please elaborate?

I can't log into the CCX app, there is no authorization window. I think the FS space is over. We had something similar with CUCM

What are you trying to do?

Please click on “Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Administration” to access the Authentication page. If the page does not load, could you please open a new thread in the Contact Center Community instead of posting it here?
