The NTP Server On the CallManger Publisher not inaccessible

Hello every one

i have installation in one of my customer

i nstall puplisher callmanger and install CUC  when i install the IM&P i have this issue The NTP Server On the CallManger Publisher not inaccessible you will find the Screen shot for this error

i allready add im&p to callmanger in system and i check also the ntp accessible in callmanger in web and Cli and also you will find attached screen shot of them

can you please help me solve this issue

Call manger Version : 11.0.1.23901-1

Im&P Version : 11.0.1.11900-4

Hi, not sure if this is already resolved but can you confirm if the hostname you added on the server is resolvable by your DNS? Also, you can try by just adding the IP address instead of the hostname?
