I think this question has been asked and answered, when trying to setup a notification on a users voicemail the SMTP address cannot be in the Connection Domain, the same domain, as the Unity system. The recommended solution seems to be to change the Unity Connection domain. What would be the affect of this change, our Unity system has been in place for years but this issue is becoming more of a headache as groups what to have more notifications from voicemail.
If I change the connection domain what will be the affect on regular voicemail emails to end users, if any? Will there be places in the system that I need to put in email addresses differently then I do now counting on the "Corporate email " to work?
