Time Clocking / Wofkforce Management/ Distribution Cisco Apps

I have a client hwo I am pitching time clocking applications for their 10,000 hourly employees and 120 site manufacture.

It would be a new Cisco solution for VoIP and I want to add in applications for the ROI. One that I'm considering is Infocast from Singlewire, but overtime is a bigger issue. Can you direct me to applications?
