I have installed Cisco Prime assurance 10.6. Added CUCM succesfully. Added voice-gateways as well. I am unable to get the topology view though. When I click on the topology page, I see the loading icon. I have got flash installed and I am able to see other graphs.
Where do I start troubleshooting? Is there a particular service in CPA that needs to be activated?
