Hi all,

Is it finally included that feature on CUCM 9.1? , so whenever someone transfer a call to someone else (tipically a blind transfer), if that call is not answered then bounce back to who performed the transfer.

Can someone help?

Regards.

No, it's not, you can find out this by yourself if you just go thru the RNs or the "Changed and new information for..." docs available on CCO.

Hi Jaime,

Thanks for your reply. As far as I know, you can get something like that with the attedant console, can't you?

If that were the case my understanding is would only works for the people using the AC software, wouldn't it?

Meaning the only people able to get back a transfered call, no matter whom they sent it to, would be the Operators...

Is there not any alternative... I have got two customers in a row asking for that...

Thanks for your answer.

Correct, only AC has this ability, and it's because AC doesn't let go of the call, something like a supervised transfer from CUC.

But yes, you only get this if using CUxAC clients.

You won't get this for everyone just because CUxAC is installed in the environment.
