Dear Colleagues,
We have been upgraded the CUCM to 9.1 and eliminated the Unity server. Today, one of my colleagues informed me, that his phone shows that he has a message and the MWI is active as well.
Is there a way to reset the his state?
Restart Avnotifier does not count :-)

Hi Laszlo,
Maybe the MWI-On/Off are still set up in CUCM...if so;
In CUCM look up the MW-Off number (Feature>Voicemail>Message Waiting>Directory Number>Message Waiting Indicator Off )
This will be a Directory Number like perhaps 2600. Go to the phone, press the Line button, dial 2600 and the MWI Lamp/Icon will turn off.
