UC 520 CUE session not starting

Good Evening all,

I am trying to initaite a session onto the CUE module of my UC 520.

It just continuously says waiting.

I have tried clearing the session but no luck.

I can ping the service module and everything seems to be setup correctly.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Hi,

So if you run the following command what does it say:

-service-module integrated-Service-Engine X/X status

When was the last time you connected to it last? Did anything change since then?

When was the last time that unit was reloaded?

Do calls to the unit work currently? Have you tried connecting to it via the web interface?

Hey Brad, I had already started the process of reinstalling the CUE module before i got a chance to look at your post.

THe CUE wasnt in production and it was restarted a couple times before that.

Anyways, the reinstall worked.

I am now able to access the CUE session.
