In Unity Connection, Speech Connect, I believe we can record Department Names for Voice Recognition.

We would like to know after a partcular Department name is pronounced by caller, Is system going to provide all user names, how linking will be done between Department name and Users belonging

Hi

I believe you would just add a subscriber to represent that department. SC generates the audio of the names, you don't need to record anything.

The link to the users? Well.. that depends. You could have the subscriber for the dept just transfer the call to a huntgroup, to a shared mailbox, whatever you like.

Bear in mind (if you aren't using it already) that SC is US English only, which makes it pretty unusable for the rest of the world.
