We were on UCCX 7.X. a couple of months ago, we upgraded to UCCX 8.5 SU4. After running some reports and watching things, there are one or two agents who, as soon as they login, show 1 call presented, 1 call not handled...even though no calls were presented to their phone. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas? One thing to note--their ACD line is also their personal extension...but it's on line 1 of the phones. and, there are only a couple of people that it's happening to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since these guys get beat up on their metrics...
