UCCX 8 Historical Reporting Difference.

Hi All,

I wonder if someone could help me with a problem I have, I use UCCX Historical Reports to get information about the number of abandoned calls, but I have noticed that the reports  generated are different against the Real Time Stats. For example at the moment the Real time stats are showing 25 abandoned calls over 4 CSQ's, when I run the historical report it shows 1.

I have read the guide which can be found at :-

However i'm still lost as to why there is a difference between the both reports.

Any help would be greatfully received.

CM Version -8.0.3.22900-5

confirm the time range you are checking the reports for
