Is there a way to listen to UCCX prompts? I see them in Application Wizard>Prompts. When you mouse over it appears to be a link. I clicked on it expecting Windows media player to open and play the prompt. But nothing happens.

You may find this old post helpful, from another user who wanted to download all of the files so that they can be played outside of being logged into UCCX.

Nothing happens? One of the icons is a download link, use that. Then maybe configure your browser/OS to automatically open the file. Natively UCCX just downloads.
