UCCX Trigger is always Busy

I am using CUCM11.5 su5 and UCCX 11.6.2 (ES01-9)

I created a simple application based on 'icd.aef' script with simple "test" csq after installation and integration.

the inbound CCG and Trigger set to be in same partition and CSS that all other lines are, but when I try to call the trigger number its Busy.

Are the CTI Route Point and Ports registered in CUCM? If yes, is the application valid on CCX (ie did it compile - use Tools > Real Time Monitoring > Applications > valid = true)?

I just reinstalled UCCX and the problem never happened again
