Hi,

Our call Manager and UCS servers partitions are reaching capacity. Need assistance in recovering partition space, these are virtual machine on VMware.  Can anyone provide the best practice procedures for increasing the disk space and if possible the documentation as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Refer to the README from the cop file that was used to enable increasing the vdisk size on older releases for the procedure. Newer releases don't need the cop, but use the same procedure. Verify in the virtualization wiki whether your apps allow increasing the vdisk size or not.

Hi,

The version for the devices are below. Is here specific documentation on how to increase the UCS and/or CUCM? I don't believe a cop file is used.

Call Manager version - 11.5.1.13901-3
ESX Version - 6.0
UCS Chassis - BE6000

Hi Quintin,

Please follow the procedures mentioned in the below link for cleaning up disk space in CUCM. The ones mentioned also holds good for your CUCM version as well.
