Hi All
Just wondering if anyone has also seen this.
I am trying to login to Cisco Prime License Manager.
It just seems to sit there and never lets me login.
I am able to ssh to the server and login as super user though.
The version number is: 10.5.1.10000-9

I am thinking of restarting the Cisco tomcat service and giving it another go.

Hi Alalli,
Yes, restarting Tomcat service is recommended if the page is not loading or gets stuck, for any credentials related error you may try the steps suggested in a similar post below
