Issue:
There is a parked call in attendant console that is unable to be retrieved or removed. Attempts to remove were dragging, right click and ctrl. Have tried logging out and restarting computer neither resolved stuck parked call. Have tried restarting phone that shows parked the call. We have a range of numbers used for the parked calls and cucm skips the number that shows parked in attendant console and grabs the next available number. We are on cucm 12.5. Has any had this issue and able to resolve it. If so what was done to resolve issue? Not sure if the issue is in cucm or attendant console
