unable to retrieve directory in cucm 9.1.2

Hello friends

I got a problem as "unable to retrieve directory" in CTS' phone screen.

corporate directory is UDS  and endusers were defined under user management.

no AD or something else.

ok it is clear now

in 9 serires CUCM, the mental of directory was changed. Each phone must be assigned to a devices.

May be one of you needs it :)
