Unified Attendant Console Advanced upgrade from version 11.0.2.10-2 to version 12.0.5

Hi All,

Our current CUAC version is 11.0.2.10-2 and planned to upgrade this to version 12.0.5.

We couldn't find any documents related to Upgrade Procedure.

current windows server: Windows Server 2008 R2 (Have a plan to upgrade 2012 R2)

current SQL version: SQL Server 2008 (Have a plan to upgrade 2012 )

current CUCM version: 12.0.1.23900-9 (Have a plan to upgrade to 12.5(1)SU3)

Need advice on this upgrade.

Please verify,

In that section they have only describe the migration procedure.

We are on the way to upgrade both windows and SQL versions. We want to know the upgrade procedure of CUAC to 12.0.5
