Unified Comms Tools - DRS Message Fisher cannot store .wav locally

I've installed the software and copied

2011-05-04-23-05-04_SERVERNAME_CONNECTION_MESSAGES_UNITYMBXDB1_MESSAGES

to my local machine and upon running the software pointed it to the file.

It then states

2829 total messages found in back up, 2969 records read from TAR file.

So far so good it seems.

I then select the mailbox and the message required, click Extract Message Locally but this then open up a window of the file containing the TAR file again.

If its selected then it just opens up another instance of DRS Fisher.

Read, Secure, Private or Urgent are not checked on any messages of that makes a difference..

Version of DRS Fisher? Version of Connection you're working with?

What client are you running on? It should open the "TEMPMsgs" folder under the install directory after extracting messages - is that folder getting created? It could be a file system permissions issue perhaps.

It'll also create an Access database in the \MessageMDBs folder off the install directory - there should be a file with the same name as the tar with a .MDB tacked onto the end in there that has top level message details in it. Is that getting created?
