Unified mobility and Extension mobility doesnt work

Hi guys. I have all users connected to their phones with EM. Right now Im testing UM and  having problem on phone "No mobile remote destinations found" although I have :

end user wit UM settings checked, RDP, RD w/ destination cell phone programmed. Phones have owner user , EM device profiles don't.

If I don't use EM but use  just phone with DN programmed and test it with  UM, it works . Softkey and button templates are same .

Looks like UM doesnt like EM/Device profile or doesnt work with UM ???  Any advice how to fix it  ?

What version of CUCM are you running?

By any chance , do you have the RDP associated to secondary line on the phones.

There is a bug associated to this in ccm version 9:

version is 10.5 , I don't have second line on my phone and under EM device profile config. I checked that link u sent me and see known fixed releases 11.5 . Does this mean 10.5 still has this issue ?
