Scenario: HR Person wants to go home and call candidates without using her own personal long distance, and does not want her personal number/name on folks caller ID. Is there a way to allow JUST her to dial into unity, then transfer to an outside number of her choice? We have account codes that are switched from ATT so once it detected a LD call it would prompt on its own.. Not sure if this is possible with unity or how to set it up though.. help??
Thanks

Currently in Unity 4.0(3) and earlier this is not possible - you have to have a call handler or subscriber configured to transfer to each outbound number you want to dial from the automated attendant.
In the upcoming 4.0(4) release there is a system transfer (for outside callers) and a subscriber system transfer (for identified subscribers) that will let you do this. When she calls in and accesses the subsriber system transfer conversation (after identifying herself with her login/PW pair) she can dial any number that is allowed by her transfer restriction table. So long as you have her transfer restriction table setup to allow it she can dial anyone she wants.
