Hi, Have unity 4.03 unified w/exchange 2000 sp3 (offbox). One user is having problem where they check messages through phone it saids they have 1 new message when they have no new messages. Their exchange inbox has no new/unread messages. We moved all the messages from their inbox to another folder and unity was still saying they have 1 new message.
DBwalker reports no errors, and no errors/warnings in event log when the user checks their messages.
When they have 1 new message, unity saids they have 2 new messages and when they read new message and clear it still saids they have 1 new message when there are none.
User has been removed from unity, and re-imported with same problem.
Any ideas?

DohPropTest GetUsersMailbox on this user reports 1 message as well when there are no messages in their inbox.

It sounds like there really is a message there being reported back from Exchange (Unity isn't in the habit of making up message events) but it sounds as though it's corrupted or the like and Outlook isn't showing it. That's just a guess based on your description.
Can you see the message properties in DOHPropTest? What's the message class and such? Its most likely a damange message in the Exchange store and should just be cleared out.

From the exchange side, we moved all the messages to another folder besides Inbox and user doesn't see anything in Inbox now.
Is there a different way other then Exchange system manager to see if there is something there?
