call to unity auto attendant non supervised transfer does not work only supervised transfer. Why is this?

You indicated some relationship with an H.323 gateway in the subject of your message. Not sure what you meant by that reference.

So is this Unity system integrated with a CallManager? If so, what version? I suspect this could have something to do with the number of available lines configured on the CallManager voicemail ports.
