Unity 7 Message Subject w/ Interview Handler

Hello,

I just upgraded a Unity 4.2 to Unity 7.02.  In 4.2 all Unity Messages were delivered with a subject line containing the name of the Interview Handler.  After 7.02 it's giving caller id.

Only when the caller id is not available will Unity display the Interview Handler name in the message subject.

Anyone know how to force the Interview Handler name in all message subject regardless of caller id?  I see no way of doing this with configuration -> message subject.
